Hourly Rates
The rates includes: - Per diam and milage coverage The rates excludes: - Travel and accommodation expenditures, such as taxi fares, toll fees, flights, rental fees etc., are invoiced at cost. - Accommodation is invoiced at cost, with a cap of 800 DKK per day if not provided by the client.
Rates are determined based on the competence level required for the contract scope, with a discount applied for long-term contracts.
Working hours are agreed upon per contract, usually up to 50 hours per week, from Monday to Thursday, incl. travel time.
In projects outside DK, an agreement to have a 12/10 day rotation onsite/home ratio can be negotiated. With usually up to 60 working1 hours per 7 days.
Travel time is invoiced with a 50% discount, with a cap of invoicing 7h per day, regardless of the travel time used.
Flight travel within the EU = economy class, outside the EU = economy Plus for commissioning Engineer and Manger, while for Project Management outside the EU= Business Class when active on project is required on arrival.
Costs for required pre-requisites are covered by client and course attendance is invoiced at a 50% discount on hourly rates.
Special equipment/software licence required are to be provided by the client.
In the event of early termination of a contract without insufficient performance or breach of terms by ANKAROS ApS, the client shall be responsible for providing a compensation of 50%, equivalent to the proportionate amount of invoicing left to be completed under the original contract terms.
